Stepping into Roma Palace felt welcoming. The location couldn't be better, just a 5-minute walk from Termini central train station. Clean rooms made it easy for our group to relax after exploring the city. Plenty of restaurants and bars lined the nearby streets, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. noise was an issue throughout the night. The street was bustling, and the wall's isolation did not help. The check-in process was smooth and swift, which I appreciated, but lacking essentials like toilet paper in the room was frustrating. the confusion with our room type and additional charges for late check-in left a sour taste.

My room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly sunny! The location was superb, just a hop from the train station, making it a breeze to explore. The interiors were definitely a notch above what I expected for the price.
But good heavens, was the door a puzzle! I felt like I was on a game show trying to figure out how to use it without breaking my nails!

The triple room was spacious and cozy, making it a relaxing retreat after our daily adventures. The staff’s hospitality was top-notch, and their airport shuttle service was incredibly convenient for our arrival. A great spot to explore nearby attractions.
Some cleaning details could use improvement. we noticed a few areas that weren't thoroughly attended to during our stay.

The location was fantastic, just a quick 5-minute walk from Termini central station! The room was clean and surprisingly spacious, perfect for resting after a day of adventure. I also appreciated the elevator. it made lugging my bags up to the third floor a breeze.
High noise levels.

Great spot for exploring!
Loved the location! So easy to get around Rome. The staff really checked in and made me feel at home. My room was way nicer than expected! Super roomy shower too. Just wish the breakfast options were more varied. Found the AC to be a life-saver in the heat! Really enjoyed my stay here.

Group of friends looking for a chill stay
Location is great,, lots of restaurants and bars around. The staff kept checking in on me to make sure everything was okay, which was a nice touch.
For the price,, it was on the higher side but still reasonable.
